First we moved through the artificial ones ... the synthetics that are between 100 -- 200 TIMES as sweet as sugar. Then we discuss Stevia, white sugar, brown sugar and molasses.
In the end, natural sugar of course is not bad for you. It's the overconsumption that makes it harmful. However, that rule only applies to the real sugars. The artificial sweeteners have very little to recommend them. Plus, even if you're diabetic, there are far, far better choices for you.
